The troubleshooter is divided into two parts:

  1. Troubleshooting
    You can troubleshoot your service using our guide.
  2. Creating a trouble ticket
    If the issue remains after troubleshooting you can register a trouble ticket. A technician will then take a closer look at the issue.

With the following simple steps you will be able to control and troubleshoot your service. Many of the issues you may experience can be solved by following the guide.

Please explain thoroughly how the lights on your fiber converter look

Lights that may be installed on your fiber converter: Power, Status, WAN, LAN1-5. Please observe that your equipment may have different lights installed.

Connect your computer directly to your passive socket. Does it work now?

Restart your fiber converter, does it work now?

To restart your fiber converter, pull the power cord and then wait for all lights to stop. When all lights are out, wait for 10 seconds and then plug in the power cord again. Does it work now?

Have you received a text message informing you that your service has been activated?

Please wait until you receive a confirmation text message from us.

Try with another network cable. Does it work now?
