With the following simple steps you will be able to control and troubleshoot your service. Many of the issues you may experience can be solved by following the guide.

Are you connected via WiFi through a router or are you connected directly with a cable to your fiber converter?
Are you connected via WiFi through a router or are you connected directly with a cable to your fiber converter/passive socket?
Connect your computer directly to your fiber converter. Does it work now?
Please explain thoroughly how the lights on your fiber converter look
Lights that may be installed on your fiber converter: Power, Status, WAN, LAN1-5. Please observe that your equipment may have different lights installed.
Connect your computer directly to your passive socket. Does it work now?
Restart your fiber converter, does it work now?
To restart your fiber converter, pull the power cord and then wait for all lights to stop. When all lights are out, wait for 10 seconds and then plug in the power cord again. Does it work now?
